Barefoot Walking on the Beach
- A natural healing method that promotes blood circulation and relaxes muscles by directly contacting the sand and seawater with the feet.
- It stimulates the sensory receptors of the feet, alleviates stress, and helps improve overall health.

things in the universe. It is considered a part of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) alongside herbal medicine and acupuncture. - "Qi" refers to vital energy, while "Gong" means practice. Together, Qigong involves training the flow of energy
through movements,
diaphragmatic breathing exercises, concentration, or meditation (Zen) to enhance health and well-being.
